What is the Rehab Bus Tour?

It is like a road trip on steroids. We board this climate-controlled, restroom equipped, leave the driving to someone else tour bus, add water and donuts, and head out on a planned tour of homes for sale. We will have Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs), the BCAD property tax records, and property evaluation sheets for each property. After walking thru the house, we will discuss the pros and cons of rehabbing the property.

You will network with other investors and learn from this hands on project - what to look for before you buy and the pitfalls to avoid during the rehab process. Bring your business cards so you can maximize your networking opportunities.

You will have an opportunity to walk alongside seasoned professionals who do rehab work in the area. Pick their brains. Ask them questions. Accelerate your learning!
